Industrial enterprises seek to bridge the inner system fault by MES and ERP. ERP is prone to financial information management, whereas MES is prone to control production process. ERP is mainly used in communicating with clients, including the amount of products required by clients, the date when order occuring, and the date when to delivery; MES is mainly responsible for monitoring and managing each step and process of production to come into being. We should manage to make ERP understand clients’ product design fully , and reduce tolerance of manufacturing processes with endeavour, to make sure all of these system information remains smooth and fluent , including design, manufacture, purchase, client relationship, brand management. Each department could understand related department current situation and schedule. And they will early discover and rectify fault even though problem occurred.
